Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated 28 October 2026
These terms apply to restaurants and their teams using Sprint Serve. If your restaurant has signed an agreement or order form with us, that agreement takes priority wherever it differs from this page. Customers ordering from a restaurant deal with that restaurant; see our Privacy Policy for how their data is handled.
1. The service
Sprint Serve provides restaurant software: ordering by QR code, counter and online link, kitchen displays and KOT printing, billing with GST, stock, staff and reports, an optional fully offline on-premise hub, and an optional listing in the directory at order.sprintserve.in. Features vary by plan, as set out on our Plans page or in your agreement.
2. Free trial and plans
Every plan starts with a two-week free trial. We set up your menu, tables and printers and train your team. You are not charged during the trial. At the end of it you can continue on a paid plan or stop.
Paid plans are billed per outlet at the price agreed with you. Delivery-partner charges, SMS and WhatsApp message charges and card or UPI provider fees are not included unless your agreement says so.
3. Accounts and access
You decide who on your team has access and what each role can do. You are responsible for actions taken under your restaurant’s accounts, so give each person only the access they need and remove people who leave.
4. Your customers’ data
Your customers order from you. For their personal data, and your staff’s, your restaurant is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and Sprint Serve processes it only on your behalf and on your instructions. In particular:
- the data belongs to you, and we do not sell it or use it for our own advertising;
- you tell your customers how you use their data, and Sprint Serve shows a privacy notice at sign-in on your behalf;
- you handle your customers’ requests to see, correct or delete their data, and we help you carry them out;
- we tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting your data;
- when you stop using Sprint Serve, we help you export your data and then delete it, apart from records the law requires to be kept.
Our Privacy Policy lists the providers who help us run the service and where data is stored.
5. Payments and card data
Your customers pay you directly. Sprint Serve records how a bill was paid and a reference for reconciliation; it does not take payments or handle card numbers. Card payments are taken on your own terminal. Never type card numbers into notes or reference fields.
6. GST and invoices
Invoices are produced from the settings you give us: GSTIN, place of supply, tax rates, HSN or SAC codes and inclusive or exclusive pricing. You are responsible for those settings being correct and for your own GST filings.
7. Acceptable use
Use Sprint Serve lawfully. Do not try to reach another restaurant’s data, disrupt the service, or upload data you have no right to use.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Sprint Serve available and fix problems quickly, and the on-premise hub runs without internet. We improve the product regularly and will tell you before removing a feature you rely on.
9. Ending the service
You can stop at the end of the trial or at the end of any paid billing period. We may suspend an account for unpaid fees or serious misuse, after telling you and giving you a chance to fix it, except where we must act immediately to protect the service or other restaurants.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sprint Serve is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions about them go to contact@sprintserve.in. We update this page when the terms change, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
