The Story Behind Sprint Serve
Born from a frustration with clunky POS systems and detached dining experiences, Sprint Serve started with a single question: why should a guest ever have to flag down a waiter just to add a dish?
Restaurant teams were losing minutes every hour to tablets that crashed, printers that jammed, and software that spoke to no one. Guests were checking their phones while waiting — not to order, but to distract themselves from the wait. We decided to fix that.
We built a frictionless table-side ordering system: guests scan a QR code, enter their number, and are ordering within seconds — no app download, no account creation, no detour. Orders land on the kitchen display the moment they are placed, and staff see every status update in real time.
